Welcome to my blog, although I am not quite sure if I would consider myself an actual “blogger”. I am just a novice writer that tells stories and shares experiences. My writing style flows more of a storyteller than a blogger. I absolutely love visitors so please make yourselves right at home. Now with out further adou, please allow me give you guys a proper introduction of who I am and what you might find here on kelletalks. My name is Kellee and I am what you would call a free spirit of sorts; a flower child born in the early 80’s in Washington D.C., raised by many interesting and loving souls. As a young girl my family moved around quite a bit to many different states giving me exposure to a very diverse world of cultures. Little did I know, all of the moving around from one state to the next would create a tiny wanderlust seed. That tiny baby seed would sprout into a bigger seed after joining the military and being able to see even more of the world. Now that I am separated from the military, the possibilities are endless. My soul craves to experience new things, new places, and new foods from all over God’s green earth. So, you can definitely expect to see quite a bit of chit chat about my travels and such on this platform. Moving right along, I have a five year old dog (35 in dog years) name Rudi Fennikiss. He is the absolute love of my life and I am totally OBSESSED with him. My friends think it’s borderline unhealthy, but I love it! I usually have a million and one things on my mind at any given time and can be very outspoken given the proper opportunity to express myself. There will be times when I post regularly on here, and then there will be times when I am off dealing with life. But not to fret, I will never be gone for too long. I am a serious lover of the sea and I can not live anywhere where the ocean isn’t basically in my back yard. I am a self proclaimed foodie. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to eat good food. I’ve learned that eating good food with good people makes the experience so much better, so there will be lots of talk about food on here. I love and cherish my family and friends. I keep them close in my heart wherever I may be in the world. I also believe that people are more good than bad! I am a firm believer that home is where your heart is, so welcome, sit back, relax, and enjoy.
